Poéticas da Linguagem.  (The poetics of language)

Poetics of Language brings together works that explore the limits of language and the different ways we communicate, listen, and make meaning of our experiences. The works weave together visual, written, and spoken language, making words, voice, images, and silence the very materials from which they are constructed.

Each body of work within this section begins from distinct questions, yet all share a common interest in the tensions between word and silence, presence and absence, listening and the impossibility of communication. Rather than offering answers, the works create situations of encounter, inviting viewers to reflect on the ways we construct narratives, share emotions, and relate to one another.

Rather than approaching language solely as a means of communication, Poetics of Language explores its sensory and poetic dimensions, understanding it as a space where images, words, voices, and silences all become forms of meaning.
